1Dismantling of Spent Lead Acid Batteries
Recovery of Lead Raw Materials
Spent lead-acid batteries are collected, dismantled, and processed to recover plastic, lead, electrolyte. Plastic is crushed and recycled, electrolytes are treated in our water treatment plant.
2Raw Materials Yard
The adjustment of the composition of raw materials to feed the furnace takes place under a flow hood.
3Smelting
The raw materials are smelted in a reducing environment, to produce pig lead.
4Refining
Pig lead is then refined in the refining kettle to remove undesired elements.
5Casting
The final product is continually cast into 25 and 50kg ingots.
6Product
The line can stock 50t of ingots. The final appearance check is performed here.
7Shipment
Only materials that meet our quality standards are loaded onto trucks inside the factory, and shipped to our customers.
